A narrow track width, high center of gravity, and unsafe handling characteristics predisposed the Samurai to an unreasonable risk of rollover. Evidence showed Suzuki Motor Corporation knew of the rollover problems in the Samurai prior to shipment to this country for sale and had fraudulently advertised the Samurai to the public as being safe for operation on public highways.
