McKinley, et al. v. General Motors Corp., United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia (3/18/94)

The efforts of this law firm to further develop evidence that GM knew of the dangers of the fuel tank location design used in these trucks prior to first sale of GM trucks with the defective fuel tank location continued in this case.
